🛍️ Vsquare Refund and Returns Policy
At Vsquare, we want you to love every pair of leggings you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or damaged leggings.

with your order number and reason for return.
2. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your leggings for a different size or color, please reach out to us at vsquareleggings@gmail.com
within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send out the replacement.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
5. Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during promotional events may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective.
